Social projects

MDV Group supports projects that promote water sports and an active lifestyle among children and young people.

As part of the “Baikal Wind” project, MDV Group supported an off-site training camp and a Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) master class with Russian champion Alena Surkova, organized under the guidance of Oksana Klimova. The company provided participants with Gladiator SUP equipment and branded merchandise, and also gave sponsorship, information and organizational support, helping make the event a success.

The project is part of MDV Group’s long-term strategy to develop youth and junior sports, promote SUP surfing and build a culture of active recreation in Russia.

MDV Group supported the Panda SUP children’s Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP) school in Vladivostok, where young athletes train on Gladiator SUP boards.

At the company’s initiative, a workshop was organized for the school’s students with Artem Izmailov, the overall Russian SUP champion. Later, MDV Group visited the school in person to meet the coaches and young athletes, support them and discuss further cooperation.

MDV Group supported the Sushite Vesla Children’s SUP Camp, aimed at developing young athletes and popularizing Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP).

For a week, participants trained under professional athletes: Russian champion Dmitry Sudakov and Russian vice-champion Marina Revenko. The camp program combined on-water training, paddling technique improvement, outdoor recreation and time with like-minded people.

By supporting such projects, MDV Group helps create conditions for the development of children’s sports, inspires a new generation of athletes and promotes the culture of outdoor recreation in Russia.

MDV Group supports the development of new water sports, including SUP polo. We provide athletes with Gladiator SUP equipment and help organize training.

Training camps with Artem Izmailov for future athletes and champions. Working with a professional of this level (Master of Sport and multiple prize-winner of national competitions) is a huge motivation for boys and girls. Artem watches every movement closely, helping the kids unlock their potential and move one step closer to big wins. Gladiator provides boards and all the equipment needed for such events.

We support athletes from the team of the autonomous non-profit organization “Pokrovsky Dragon Sports Club”, as well as its social project for women in difficult life situations. The project includes rehabilitation through sport, healthy nutrition, help from a psychologist, help with raising children and financial support. The sports club gives children and adults the chance to take up sport through children’s camps and trips to competitions.
